The Pro Mini ATmega328P 5V/16MHz is a compact and lightweight microcontroller board based on the powerful and efficient ATmega328P microcontroller, the same chip used in the Arduino Uno. Designed for space-constrained projects, the Pro Mini offers full Arduino IDE compatibility while omitting non-essential components to reduce size and power consumption.

Unlike some Arduino boards, the Pro Mini does not include an onboard USB-to-serial converter. Programming is done via an external USB-to-TTL adapter (such as FTDI, CH340, or CP2102 modules), keeping the board small and power-efficient.
