Description:
The MAX6675 module is a precise digital thermocouple temperature sensor module designed to measure high temperatures using a K-Type thermocouple. It combines the MAX6675 thermocouple-to-digital converter IC with a standard K-Type thermocouple probe, offering high accuracy and a wide temperature measurement range ideal for industrial and laboratory applications.
This module converts the analog signal from the thermocouple into a digital signal that can be easily read by microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi via the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) protocol. It features a cold-junction compensation mechanism and a built-in 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that provides reliable and stable readings without external calibration.
The MAX6675 module supports temperature measurements from 0°C to 1024°C (32°F to 1875°F) with a resolution of 0.25°C, making it ideal for high-temperature monitoring in furnaces, 3D printer hotends, heaters, or other thermal control systems.
